About the Role
You'll be responsible for building and delivering client websites and landing pages. Projects range from clean B2B service websites to high-converting sales funnels. You'll work from design briefs or collaborate with the team on layout decisions. Speed, mobile quality, and clean code are our standards.

What You'll Do
- Build client websites from design briefs or wireframes to live delivery
- Create landing pages optimised for conversions and lead capture
- Ensure all sites are fast, mobile-responsive, and pass Core Web Vitals
- Integrate forms, CRM systems, and tracking pixels
- Set up Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion events
- Maintain and update existing client websites on request
- Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues quickly
Requirements
- Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- WordPress experience (Elementor or block editor)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Ability to build cleanly and deliver on time
- Portfolio of past projects that demonstrates quality work
Nice to Have
- GoHighLevel page builder experience
- Basic PHP / WooCommerce knowledge
- Understanding of CRO and A/B testing principles
- Figma or design tool experience
